Honey Creek Collision & Custom Paint has been around for more than 13 years, and in that time has experienced incredible growth and become the premier choice for vehicle service, collision repair and custom paint in the community. Bob and Bobbi Prose are prominent members of the local community and are strongly involved with local events, while continuing to grow their own business.
Honey Creek Collision & Custom Paint has been around since 2006, but the business recently opened a second, brand new facility in 2019 that spans over 23,000 square feet. This new facility is an addition to the original shop and allows for the team to welcome more new business, expand their services and hire more staff to bolster their operations while continuing to lead the way in customer service. The challenge was to ensure that the new facility is equipped with innovative tools and state-of-the-art technology to ensure the technicians can complete their work in a timely manner while still delivering top notch customer service and high-quality finishes.
To help Honey Creek Collision prepare for their new facility, Accudraft provided two TITAN paint booths and a mix room. The TITAN is a large paint booth that is specifically designed to boost productivity in a body shop that turns over a large number of jobs on a regular basis. The interface of the paint booth is extremely easy to access and is able to be customized so that it meets the specific and unique demands of the body shop. The TITAN paint booth is also designed in a way to maximize efficiency in a busy environment because it reuses a majority of the heated air that it produces. This helps to save money in the long run by improving airflow and cabin pressure regulation, stabilizing internal temperatures and a special energy saving feature that helps the booth switch into standby mode when it is not in use. Since Honey Creek Collision specializes in custom painting and collision repair, they also opted to include regulation paint mixing rooms in their new facility to provide a dedicated, well ventilated area for paint mixing and additional storage for tools.
The brand-new Honey Creek Collision & Custom Paint facility, located in Terre Haute, IN, opened its doors in early 2019, and is a beautiful state-of-the-art facility equipped with modern technology and the most advanced paint booths in the area. The Honey Creek team is excited to be welcoming new business and new customers, and Accudraft is thrilled to have been a part of their incredible expansion and growth.
