ACCUDRAFT LIVE
CONNECTED PAINT BOOTH SOFTWARE

In a world of connectivity and having information at your fingertips, the time has come for paint shops to know their exact numbers. Accudraft LIVE is a mobile-friendly, cloud-based solution for monitoring your paint booth’s performance, costs, and technical metrics. It provides the ability to monitor booth status and utility costs per job and easy accessibility to remote assistance for many booth issues.

PAINT BOOTH DATA AT A GLANCE

HOURS BY SPRAYBOOTH

Keeping on top of total hours ran by any booth is extremely important to both shop owners and technicians. This will allow you to easily track booth maintenance intervals, filter changes, and much more.

HOURS LOGGED BY PHASE

Tracking how long a vehicle has been in one phase or another to show bottle neck issues that can be corrected. Whether prep issues being missed to cause the painting process to take longer and the vehicle not painted. One phase for too long can indicate a potential issue.

HOURS LOGGED BY EMPLOYEE

Easily track which employees are continually turning work and which ones aren’t. Allows you the chance to monitor and talk with employees to see what improvements need to be implemented to streamline your process.

ACCUDRAFT LIVE CAPABILITIES

The capability of Accudraft LIVE dives far beyond looking at total costs for the day. With LIVE, any shop owner can view their shop (or multiple shops) and compare metrics from one to another, including the number of RO’s painted, the amount of time a booth is in a spray or bake cycle, or the length of a job from beginning to end. It allows you to focus all the data from your booth per RO and view it in an easy-to-follow dashboard with cost breakdown metrics.

Accuraft LIVE allows for hour logging and scheduled maintenance within the system. Notifications can also be sent to remind the user of any services needed. Ordering replacement parts and filters through Accudraft LIVE can be done with the touch of a screen, minimizing downtime and allowing the user to focus on their uptime.
