Truck Spray Booth; Truck Booth Systems Applications

Applying a smooth finish to trucks of all shapes and sizes is important to any automotive client in search of the right paint booth. Although there are a variety of truck booth systems applications out there, a savvy customer will learn as much about the truck booth systems applications as they can in order to get the best paint booth system for their specific needs. Truck booth systems applications are varied and clients might range from the United States Government or military to construction companies and more. Truck booth systems applications are specifically designed to apply paint to large commercial and industrial trucks.

Although there are several types of paint booths, the down-draft style paint booths are the booths that are recommended for truck and other automotive tasks. A down-draft paint booth is one that takes fresh air in a fully enclosed booth via vents in the ceiling and moves it around the truck to be painted. Air containing overspray is then drawn downwards into an exhaust system either located on the back of the booth or on the underside of the booth in an exhaust system pit. It is the best design for safety and efficiency for a truck spray booth. A customer should evaluate several factors about a truck paint booth before deciding which to buy.

The first thing to determine is the air quality in the room where the paint booth will be held. For places where the workspace air quality is poor and should not be sent into the booth unfiltered, a truck spray booth with an advanced intake and exhaust system should be used. The type of finish is another thing to think about-the work stations must be extremely clean in the automotive environment because even small bits of debris and dust can ruin a finish. However, if the truck paint booth will primarily handle industrial equipment, a less sophisticated filtration could be used.

Size should never be a big issue when looking around for a truck spray booth-most manufacturers have the ability to customize the size of the booth down to the foot. Therefore, clients with a good idea of the size of truck paint booth they need are going to be able to work with a manufacturing representative and get the custom-fit truck spray booth they need at just the right dimensions.

The truck paint booths are transported efficiently and quickly. Setting up a truck spray booth is often a complicated process and it is recommended that licensed professionals with superior knowledge of electronics and filtration systems do the installation. Clients should not overlook the truck paint booth accessories that make the booth function to its best ability-filters, fans, compressors, air systems and more.
