The Accudraft Prep4000™ is a full size workstation made for vehicle preparation. and painting. The Prep4000™ is designed with a suspended plenum that is hung off the ceiling of the building. The Prep4000™ comes as a modular one-bay unit and can be expanded into unlimited bays with curtain dividers. With the addition of the Side Loader option on any Accudraft spray booth, jobs can be designed to flow from prep area right into the spray booth without ever having to come back out into the shop area. By adding heat and controls, the Prep4000™ can have all the capability of a baking spray booth. Curtained workstations like the Prep3000™ and Prep4000™ are ideal for tight workspaces where walls would interfere with shop flow or limit vehicle movement in the shop.
